Location is awesome. You can people watch, listen to music and enjoy your food under a shaded picnic table. They cater too!!! Hands down one of the best in the area. “ Birria on point. Outside was a good mix of crispy and a pleasant, tender chewiness while the beef inside was perfectly tender with no gristle and was cut into smaller pieces rather than strips so you don't get those long strips where big chunks of the meat pull out when you take a bite. The meat was perfectly seasoned and generously portioned. The onions, cheese, and cilantro were all very fresh. The consume had a robust, meaty flavor and was not overly salty, but just right. I called ahead since I was on lunch. I showed up in 10 minutes and waited another 10 to get the order because there were a couple people ahead of me who had ordered. The food was worth the wait. Having tried a few different birria around Austin an surrounding areas, these were by far my favorite so far. There's ample picnic table seating outside which was uncovered but had spots for umbrellas which hopefully they'll put out once it gets hot outside. Great experience overall. Keep doing what y'all are doing! ”
